This four-week course, explains the use of the 'Design Thinking,' methodology for a human-centred problem-solving approach. This methodology is used to build confidence in the decision-making process to overcome barriers in sustainability.

This course allows learners to experience how Design Thinking works in a safe environment, before implementing these techniques to help develop sustainable solutions.

Some of the key topics discussed in the course are:
  1. Design thinking and empathy
  2. Definition, ideation and reflection
